How do I access my HealthStream from home? ›

Open Internet Explorer and type the web address (also called a URL) provided by your administrator (for example: www.healthstream.com/hlc/FacilityName). You may have an HLC icon on your PC desktop or your institution's intranet. If so, double-click the HLC icon. The Login page appears.

Welcome to HealthStream. For your initial log-in, please use your Facility code followed by your employee # as your User ID and password. You will then be prompted to choose a new, unique, password. Create new password as directed, save and enter a password reminder for future reference.
